Stage 01: Raw Ingot & Bar Prepare titanium raw materials

Our raw material preparation division ensures that every ingot and forged bar meets rigorous ASTM B348 and aerospace chemical standards. Materials undergo spectrometer alloy verification, ultrasonic non-destructive flaw detection, and uniform annealing before entering the machining pipeline.

Post-machining residual cutting oils, carbon traces, and micro-burrs are eliminated through multi-stage industrial ultrasonic wash cycles and chemical purging lines. This guarantees flawless thread seating and optimal base conditions for color anodizing or PVD coatings.

Stage 04: Metallurgical Engineering Metal research and development group

Metal Research & Development Group

Stage 05: QC & Logistics Package Group

Inspection & Package Group

Before dispatch, 100% thread gauge verification (GO/NOGO) and optical profile projections are completed. Each fastener is isolated into custom partition trays, corrosion-inhibitor sealed bags, and reinforced export cartons to eliminate thread contact during trans-oceanic shipping.
