View AllA Titanium Fastener Factory Rooted in China's Titanium Valley
Yevzo Titanium Metal Co., Ltd. is based in the High-Tech Development Zone of Baoji, Shaanxi. Baoji is the region known as China's "Titanium Valley," where a large share of the country's titanium sponge, ingot, and bar is processed. Being this close to the raw-material supply chain lets us source bar stock quickly and keep heat-lot traceability from the mill to the finished bolt.
We have produced and processed titanium and other non-ferrous metals since 2013. Our parts are used in automotive and motorcycle tuning, cycling, chemical processing, wastewater treatment, medical equipment, and aerospace-related assemblies. Our working principle is "Titanium concentration, service intention." Every order is handled by engineers who review your thread class, strength grade, and surface finish before production starts.
- Manufacturer & trading company, onsite-checked
- OEM, design service & buyer label
- Metric, UNC/UNF and custom threads
- Plain, polished & anodized finishes

Engineered for Procurement Confidence
Importers, distributors, and OEM engineers work with us for four reasons that directly reduce sourcing risk.
Source Factory
We forge, machine, and finish in-house in Baoji. There is no middle layer between your drawing and the machines, so lead times and pricing stay transparent.
Precision Control
CNC turning and milling hold tight tolerances on head height, thread pitch, and seating faces. This is critical for lug bolts and brake components.
Fast Delivery
Common Gr5 sizes are made from stocked bar. You can ship by express, air, or sea under FOB, CIF, DDP, and other Incoterms.
Strict Inspection
Material, dimensions, and threads are verified before packing. Mill test reports and inspection records are available on request.
From Titanium Bar to Packed Fastener
Each production team owns one stage of the process. Traceability passes from team to team, and every handover includes a checkpoint.

Material Prep
Bar stock is checked against the grade and heat number before cutting.

CNC Machining
Heads, flanges, and threads are machined on 3-axis and turning centers.

Cleaning
Coolant and debris are removed before polishing or anodizing.

R&D Review
Engineers review custom designs, torque, and fit requirements.

Packing
Parts are counted, labelled by size, and packed to prevent thread damage.
Titanium Grade Selection Guide
| Property | Gr2 (CP Ti) | Gr5 (Ti-6Al-4V) | Steel 8.8 (ref.) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Min. tensile strength | 345 MPa | 895 MPa | 800 MPa |
| Min. yield strength | 275 MPa | 828 MPa | 640 MPa |
| Density | 4.51 g/cm³ | 4.43 g/cm³ | 7.85 g/cm³ |
| Weight vs. steel | ≈ −43% | ≈ −44% | — |
| Corrosion resistance | Excellent | Excellent | Needs plating |
| Typical use | Chemical, marine | Auto, moto, bike | General |
Titanium values are minimums per ASTM B348 for annealed bar. Steel values are per ISO 898-1 for M16 and smaller. Use this table for selection only, and confirm design loads with your engineer.
Onsite-Checked Supplier
Our premises and legal status have been verified through an onsite check by a third-party verification company.
